1. Acceptance of Terms

SwedishCover provides information and resources related to insurance in Sweden, including but not limited to car insurance, property insurance, and related topics. Our Services include articles, guides, comparison tools, and educational resources. We do not sell insurance products directly but may provide links to third-party insurance providers.

4.2 Content Ownership

All Content provided through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of SwedishCover or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.3 Content License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SwedishCover grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and view the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with using our Services.

4.4 Content Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our Content

5. User Conduct

6. User Content

6.1 User Content License

When you post, upload, or otherwise submit User Content to our Services, you grant SwedishCover a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with our Services and our business, including for promoting and redistributing part or all of our Services.

6.2 User Content Representations

You represent and warrant that:

You own or control all rights to the User Content or have received all necessary permissions to provide the User Content
The User Content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law or regulation
The User Content is accurate and not misleading
The User Content will not cause injury to any person or entity

6.3 User Content Monitoring

We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and edit or remove any User Content. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any User Content posted by you or any third party.

SWEDISHCOVER MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT:

THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS
THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE
THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS
ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED

ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICES IS ACCESSED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.

YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES
ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES
ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES
UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

IN NO EVENT SHALL SWEDISHCOVER'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES EXCEED ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SwedishCover, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

Your use of and access to the Services
Your violation of any term of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and SwedishCover agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Stockholm, Sweden.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services, including disputes regarding their validity, interpretation, breach, termination, or nullity, shall be finally settled under the Rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. The arbitral tribunal shall be composed of a sole arbitrator. The place of arbitration shall be Stockholm, Sweden. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SwedishCover regarding our Services and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Services.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.
